9. Account Suspension & Closure

83bd reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of these terms and conditions.
Providing false or incomplete information.
Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
Extended period of inactivity.
Court or authority order.
Necessity to protect the security or integrity of the platform.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the available balance will be returned after all pending bets are settled and bonus conditions have been verified.

10. Limitation of Liability

83bd provides its services on an "as is" basis. We accept no liability for the following:

Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
Errors by third-party game software providers.
Financial loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account, if the user has not taken proper precautions.
